There has been a lot of discussion recently among the community about what to do with the previously removed KOTR cars, so I thought I would share my two cents :)
1. Compensating players who have the cars. Players should get a title corresponding to each KOTR achievement they have. These titles will never be obtainable through any other means.
2. Rereleasing the cars. I would love to see the KOTR cars rereleased, and one way I would like to see it done is through WPM achievements. Nitro Type has a ton of achievements to encourage racing, but very few to encourage racing efficiently and improving your typing skills. One option is for the KOTR cars to be earned by hitting a certain top or average WPM. An alternative that could make the cars more accessible is having them achieved by breaking your top WPM a certain amount of times.
It is worth mentioning that creating WPM-based achievements could cause people to use bots or other methods of cheating to gain a high WPM. However, my time in the community has shown me that there are people who bot and those who are dead set against botting, with almost no middle ground. I think the odds of someone turning from a legitimate racer into using a bot to get an achievement are next to none.
