Seasonal Challenges

We already have daily challenges... what if we had seasonal challenges as well? These would be similar to daily challenges, except they would be more time consuming and grant more XP/Loot

Example for a seasonal challenge: "Complete 5,000 Races With A Seasonal Car Equipped"
