I may be wrong, but I believe the amount of XP earned from races is boosted by having a Nitro Gold Membership. That being said, I think the amount of XP that determines your rank in league is directly proportional to the amount that you earn from races, including the bonus applied for having a Membership.
IMO, if this is the case, I could see this leading to a an unfair advantage given to those that have a membership. To fix this, the amount of XP rewarded towards personal and team leagues should be the same as non-membership users. Bonus XP awarded towards membership users should be given towards the season level, but not calculated in the leagues XP value.
I'd love to hear what you think about this, and I wasn't sure what to categorize this under, but "Bug" was the closest I could get to what I would consider it. I would call this more of a "Game Balancing" issue, but that wasn't one of the preset categories.
