No more nitro inequality.

Nitro/Skip power is directly (inversely) linked to WPM. This is my chief complaint with NT, is that someone with 12wpm skipping a word is the equivalent of me skipping an entire paragraph. Please just even it out, so that skipping/nitro is even at all WPMs for casual racing with friends.

There used to be a system for that back when we could use up to 3 nitros per race. I remember there was a news post about it. I think <10 wpm = no nitros, 11-20 wpm = 1 nitro, 21-30 wpm = 2 nitros and 31+ wpm unlocked all 3. Are people in the <10 wpm speeds still able to use nitros?

How would one go about doing that? Text lengths are all different? I think the only way that would be possible is if they disabled the nitro for casual races.
