there should be a feature where a captain can put in, say 50M, and that will be paid out to whoever gets a certain amount of races, and racers can maybe put in their goals, so that once they reach that goal they get the cash whatever, even if the captain has changed the  races since. also, another possibility is for everyone to contribute, and if the racer gets more out than there is in the bank, then it can come straight from the captains bank. (ofc this should be 100% optional, no need for a team bank if not wanted)
