Actual Perks Of "Allies" or "Co-Cap"

I know someone has stated something about co-caps on here b4, but heres what I think i'm not sure what they actually said, due to me not remembering obv.
Anyways, allies should be able to communicate someway together thru the game, not sure how though. Or support eachother by sending some sort of love and it showing up on the team page, like cash, maybe emojis etc. limit would be like 3-5 allies.

Co Caps- this should just be an actual promotion spot, it can do everything, BUT delete the team. Due to it leaving risk to your main account as captains  share their accounts with the "co cap" so it can act as a higher role them officers. Also should up the limit to 10 officers. Starts at 3, in 1 month you unlock 5 officers, in 6 months you unlock 7 in 12 months you unlock 10.
Not sure how good this idea seems at 10 is a lot, but I see a lot of notable teams that are ACTIVE that look deserving of more officers.

Sorry, should've put this in my other comment, but I think that instead of how long the team has been around, it should be a mix between time and members, also taking into account activity. A team should unlock all 10 officer spots when they are at least somewhat active, (maybe 25-50k total races?), have 40 members or more, and have been around for at least 6 months. Maybe I'm over thinking it as well, but I've seen teams like PR2W have to have "Team Leaders" because they don't have enough "Officer" spots.
