Make seasonal perks toggleable.

Some people don't like the perks (like the Reindeer), or they get tired of them after a while. There should be an option to toggle them on or off. It would be a simple change and would be great for many players who may not want to see them.

I don't like them at all. They're totally useless. Additionally, they kept seasons the same length (roughly 33 items) even after they filled five of the slots with useless "perks." Like, they should be bundled with some of the Nitro Gold exclusive tiers so the regular users get something for each slot, but we're still getting a decent amount of content.
