The basic idea would be to have an extra stat when racers apply for your team and that would be PREVIOUS TEAM RACES that way when looking through applications and you know someone who has previously raced on your team and is rejoining then you are aware of their previous team races before adding them. I think it would be very helpful for team captains and officers. This shouldn't be too hard because when racers Actually rejoin a team their previous team races are already there. So it is stored somwhere and shouldn't be too hard to add.
