I the team captain of R4L a new developing team (R4L), and I hate scrolling through my friends list, finding people without a team, clicking on their profile, and seeing that they don't allow team invites. They should add another feature to allow you to see all people accepting team invites in the requirements of your team and a different one to see people that don't meet the requirements.
