I run a team and I like promoting people to officers, but sometimes I run out of spots (I can only promote 5) and I would like to promote more people to officers
Right now people either have to race 4000 times on my team, which is pretty hard to do and I've raised the race amount 4 times (1 time per year) because I want to allow more people to be officers, and not just 5 of the same people year after year
