Title Rarity

I submitted a similar idea for Cars, but it should also be used for Titles. Pretty much every title has the same rarity, but I think the rarity should be based more on how many people own the titles.

Well then we need to separate them better, like at a certain number of owners make it into a different category, something like that.

Title rarities do exist, and they are kind of already based on what you said, most of em anyways
