It would be better to not have them in a row necessarily...another words you could do 15 100% accuracy races but they don't need to be at once. Another cool similar title would be "Zero Errors"

Yes, I agree with Mirciy, anyone can sandbag and get 100% accuracy in a row. It's hard to enforce accuracy achievements, but I like the idea!
